About Dr. Edward Marchewka

Picture
Dr. Edward Marchewka is a seasoned executive that has come up through the ranks in the IT vertical, expanding into information security, quality management, and strategic planning. He has held several roles leading in business, most recently with PryorHealth as the CAO.

Processes, operations, technology, data, and security can invoke feelings of angst from those not working in those areas. My goals as a business leader are to understand, listen, and deliver results through business processes and information via technology. I can help tell a better story to obtain buy-in and gain an understanding of the technology position to achieve business success.

👍🏻 WHAT MAKES ME DIFFERENT
As a trained researcher, I am familiar with the tools for data analytics. I have worked alongside my engineers on the raised floor – been there, done that. After doing this for over 20 years, I have seen my peers and colleagues struggle to receive the resources they need due to a lack of business alignment or understanding of the value-add of sound processes and information and technology services. I help my fellow executives understand the value-add of those services by telling a better story.

🚚 WHAT I DELIVER
I help those I work with understand their operations and technology position to enable their business by explaining the tactical position and strategic position in terms the audience understands and answering the question, “what’s in it for me?”.

🫱🏻‍🫲🏻 HOW I CAN HELP YOU
☑️ I help you assess your organization’s business operations including business processes, strategic plans, and IT and Information Security posture to understand better how those operations are running.
☑️ I use industry best practices to conduct the assessment, by gaining a quick pulse of the environment and then moving into quantitative assessments. Followed by, a business-aligned strategic roadmap.
☑️ I bring the skills and experience to guide the program from plan to fruition.
